ED-Conference 2009 in Zürich
Posted by: garbage on Mar 12, 2009
This year's ED-Conference is taking place in Zürich on May 15-17.
Speakers include:
the Designers Republic (UK), Design IQ (CZ), Group94 (BE), Design bolaget (DK), Lysergid (FR), Beetroot (GR), Magma (DE), BVD (SE), Ginnete Caron (IT), Loovvool (EE), Niklaus Troxler (CH), Scandinavian Design Group (NO), Koeweiden postma (NL), Synopsis (RO), Alex Trochut (ES)
The ED-Conference is a unique opportunity to get a snapshot of the best of the European communication scene in just three days. It is a very different kind of event.
It has a specific structure: speakers open up their minds and allow their audience to peak inside. They analyze just HOW they work, how they deal with the creative process. In order to do that, they take a specific project of theirs and dissect it. They lead the audience from the very start to the very end of the process.
Another difference is the choice of speakers. Your average conference will consist of your British, your Germans, your Dutch and your Scandinavian designers. In this case you get 15 people from 15 different countries. So it's a unique opportunity to really see what's going on in Europe right now.
By booking your ticket until March 25th you get a significant discount (up to 50% off for students).

Yokaboo - Create your own online store
Posted by: Admin on Mar 11, 2009
Yokaboo is an online platform developed for creative people. It allows them to create their own online store easy and free.
We created Yokaboo because we needed an online store to sell our own artwork, prints and t-shirts. Something that is simple to use, looks good, is functional and can give us freedom.
The application turned out so well that we decided to share it with all of you.
The essence of Yokaboo is simplicity, so we have tried to keep it all nice and neat so everyone can use it.
